Walter Comeaux

As the President of Commerce Title & Abstract Company, Walter is the kind of professional who will climb the summit of the world’s highest peak to achieve his goals – and that’s not hyperbole. Walter climbed to the peak of Mt. Everest in 2010. When he’s not overcoming the world’s most strenuous ascents, he’s taking Commerce Title to new heights, as he has grown the company from a small law firm into the largest locally owned company in the greater Baton Rouge area.

That gave him the unique experience of learning law from his father for 15 years. Since then, he spent more than two decades doing title work and brings a wealth of commercial and residential experience to our team. When he’s not at the closing table you can find him spending time with his wife Cindy. Stewart has two sons, Ashton, 26, and Hayes, 22.
