Dominique “Niki” S. Beeson

Dominique “Niki” Soileau Beeson is an attorney and a licensed title insurance agent with the Perkins Road office of Commerce Title & Abstract Company.  The primary focus of her practice is transactional real estate, concentrating in both the residential and commercial realms.
Prior to joining Commerce Title & Abstract Company in 2001, Mrs. Beeson was in general practice, devoting the bulk of her time to commercial transactional work, including choice of entity, contract review, finance, pension, health and welfare issues, as well as to commercial and real estate litigation.  She received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge in 1994 and went on to receive a Juris Doctorate degree from the Paul M. Hebert Law Center at Louisiana State University in 1997.
Mrs. Beeson is admitted to practice in the State of Louisiana, and in the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern, Western and Middle Districts of the State of Louisiana.  She is a member of the American, Federal, Louisiana and Baton Rouge Bar Associations and serves in various capacities for several community and charitable organizations, including the Junior League of Greater Baton Rouge, Habitat for Humanity of Greater Baton Rouge and Delta Gamma Fraternity.  She is also a member of the Baton Rouge Independent Title Attorney’s Association, the Louisiana Land Title Association and the American Land Title Association. 

Mrs. Beeson has developed and instructed Louisiana Real Estate Commission sanctioned seminars for continuing education of licensed real estate agents on topics including Contracts, Fair Housing, RESPA, Louisiana Real Estate Commission Rules and Regulations, Ethics and Legal Liability, as well as annual courses on Recent Jurisprudential and Legislative Updates.
